“Does it come with the kitchen and bathroom, or just the shell?”
It’s the question we’re asked more than any other — so here’s the honest answer.
Every Apex leaves our Lancashire workshop fully fitted. Turnkey. 🔑 Ready to use.
Take the Apex Family — designed for serious space, and delivered complete. That means:
🍳 A proper kitchenette — fridge/freezer, single oven, two-ring hob, microwave and sink, fitted and finished
🚿 A beautifully designed shower room — installed, plumbed and ready
💡 Electrics, heating and lighting — all done
🛏️ A mezzanine floor — adding flexible sleeping space without eating into your living area
🪵 Hand-crafted C24 timber construction with full wool insulation — built for year-round use
When your pod arrives on site, you’re not taking on a project — you’re taking delivery of a finished space. Connect it, switch it on, and it’s ready for guests.
No shell-only surprises. No hidden extras. Just British-built quality, delivered complete — and backed by our 12-year structural guarantee.
